Infrastructure

  • Externally audited OSH&E Management plan
  • In house system for Contractor management encompassing, insurances, registration, inductions, licensing, vehicle checks etc.
Fleet Team
  • Works package manages jobs, procurement, labour, inventory, scheduling jobs etc. This provides excellent costs reporting to clients
  • Custom written fully integrated software to control jobs, data entry, procurement, contractor management, inventory, plant hire and scheduling
  • High speed wireless data link between all depots which provides an integrated data system
  • Server, networks, VOIP phone exchanges, mobile phones
